The soap smelled strange, the floors were sticky, and I was uncomfortable with the outside environment!!! There were suspicious noises at night, and the nearby abandoned properties didn't help with the overall uneasiness!!!

Everything is perfect, liked my time here. It's brand-new with clean bathrooms. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and refrigerators are a nice touch.

really enjoyed a microwave, air conditioner, and an iron in the room. we had a private bathroom. had central location handy to shops. moreover, it's near to disney parks and universal studio parks plenty restaurants, the principal markets and premium oulets stores and most stores.

We had a great time enjoying the immaculate pool and new patio furniture during our stay. The breakfast was a fantastic surprise with loads of options, especially for kids. However, the water pressure in the shower could definitely use some improvement.

That was comfy hotel set in very very nice area, near to Disney Parks, the airport, and most stores. The room I got was warm, complete with microwave and a tub, as for instance, loved it. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were helpful people at all times.

The rates were very good, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk were helpful. However, it was farther away from Sea World, Wet n Wild and Disney - but for that extra drive we had a quiet room and better rates.

The air conditioning ran all night - but it was hot and humid during the night so we couldn't turn it off

The property is well-maintained and has a warm, beautiful unit featuring a bathroom, fridge, microwave, and a tub. Its location is fantastic, just a short distance from Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and numerous restaurants. It's also conveniently located near Karst Gallery.

It has a great and decent location in area walking around property.

I have stayed in several hotels in Kissimmee and this for a 2/3 star was excellent value for money. The standard and cleanliness was far better than i had expected. The room was spacious.I would go back again and would recommend it to family and friends. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was basic but you could eat as much as you wanted.

The King Room with Disability Access was spacious and clean, perfect for my needs. The bathroom was well-equipped, and I appreciated the easy access features. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff and great breakfast!

So we stayed one night here with our kiddos. The staff were super nice, especially the girl at check-in. The breakfast was a total win-lots of options and the area was always clean. The room was decent, but had a bit of wear and the shower pressure was kinda weak. Not too shabby for our Disney trip!

Room size was great. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels and washcloths in the room. Proximity to Disney was good. Breakfast blend coffee was the best I'd had in the 15 days I was away. First time I'd stayed in a first floor room and I really liked it. Towels were supplied at the pool.

Only 2 pillows per bed. The drains were too slow. The tub needs to be replaced. No smoking in pool area. It would be great if the windows on the first floor rooms were one way mirrored, because we couldn't leave the curtain open.

Excellent value for money Would have no hesitation in recommending or a return visit.

My stay had issues with cleanliness, including visible soap residue and stained sheets. The shower nozzle was broken, and the blinds did not offer enough privacy as they were missing pieces. I encountered problems with the room assignment, as it initially did not match what I reserved, and dealing with the deposit process felt unnecessary during checkout.

We stayed at the Baymont for an entire week and loved it! Our room with kitchenette was big and was cleaned every day, the beds were super compfy and our breakfast was great! We were up on the 3rd floor and taking the elevator up and down to their pool helped greatly. The staff were super friendly and informative. We were very pleased with our stay. This hotel is a true gem among hotels.
